so this is the new year.. and i don't feel any different

Death cab got it right. One night of celebrations welcoming the new year really doesn't leave a lasting effect. the next day.. i feel just like i did before. somehow though, collectively, there is just a underlying feeling of change after a new year begins. maybe it's the realization of potential. i think the year two thousand and ten holds quite a bit of potential for me. by the way, did i ever tell you that the whole breakup thing didn't last? yep. still completely in love with him.. more to come :)
